ফায়ারফক্স ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজারে ওয়বসাইট লোড না হলে করনীয় বিষয়সমূহঃ
আমরা অনেক সময় ফায়ারফক্স ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজার ব্যবহার করার সময় কাঙ্খিত ওয়েব এড্রেস ব্যবহার করলেও সেটি ফায়ারফক্স ব্রাউজার ভূল দেখায় অথবা লোড হয় না। অর্থাৎ ওয়েবসাইটটি কোনভাবেই ভিজিট করা সম্ভব হয় না। আপনি যদি এমন সমস্যার সম্মুক্ষিণ হন তাহলে নিচের কিছু করনীয় বিষয় অনুসরন করলে সমস্যাটি সমাধান করতে পারবেন।
০১। ফায়ারফক্স কানেকশন সেটিংসঃ
Click the menu button and choose Options.
within the General panel, go right down to the Network Settings section.
within the Network Settings section, click Settings….
Change your proxy settings:
If you don’t hook up with the web through a proxy (or don’t know whether you connect through a proxy), select No Proxy.
Close the Connection Settings dialog.
Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.
০২। IPv6 সেটিংসঃ
Firefox supports IPv6 by default, which can cause connection problems on certain systems. To disable IPv6 in Firefox:
Type about:config within the address bar and press Enter.
A warning page may appear. Click Accept the danger and still still the about:config page.
within the Search field, enter network.dns.disableIPv6.
within the list of preferences, click the Toggle button next to network.dns.disableIPv6 to line its value to true.
০৩। DNS Prefetching সেটিংসঃ
Firefox attempts to hurry up loading new websites by using DNS Prefetching, which can cause page load errors with some system configurations:
Type about:config within the address bar and press Enter.
A warning page may appear. Click Accept the chance and still still the about:config page.
Enter the preference name network.dns.disablePrefetch within the about:config search bar.
If the preference doesn’t exist already, select Boolean and click on the Add button.
Press the Toggle button to line the preference value to true, if it’s not already set.
০৪। নির্দিষ্ট কোন ওয়েবসাইট লোড না হলেঃ
যদি আপনি বুঝতে পারেন যে, ফায়ারফক্স ব্রাউজার কিছু ওয়েবসাইট লোড করতে পারে কিন্তু অন্যগুলি নয়, তবে প্রথমে আপনার ফায়ারফক্স কুকিজ এবং ক্যাশ ক্লিয়ার করুনঃ
Click the Library button on your toolbar. (If you don’t see it there, click the menu button then click Library.) Click History and choose Clear Recent History….
within the Time Range to clear: drop-down, select Everything.
Below the computer menu, select both Cookies and Cache. confirm other items you wish to stay don’t seem to be selected.
Click Clear Now.
